1. Your rights under CCPA/CPRA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to access, correct or delete it.
2. Do we sell or share personal information?
Today, XDRIP Digital Management LLC does not sell your personal information for monetary value and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No third-party advertising or analytics tags are deployed on this site at this time.
If we begin to use such services, we will (a) update this page and our Privacy Policy, (b) obtain fresh consent through the cookie banner, and (c) honor your opt-out automatically.
3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We automatically honor the Sec-GPC: 1 opt-out signal sent by privacy-respecting browsers. When detected, we treat your visit as if you had clicked the opt-out below — regardless of any other choice in the cookie banner.
4. Submit an opt-out request
To explicitly record your opt-out preference, click the button below in the footer ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information") to open the cookie preferences and disable Marketing. Your choice is recorded with timestamp and stored as audit evidence.
5. Authorized agent
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may verify the agent's authority before acting.
6. Other rights
- Right to know: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
